Our jackets are made in batches on a pre-order basis. Once the pre-order period ends, we then order the necessary materials to complete each customer's jacket. This process takes 3-5 weeks. We will keep you informed with weekly updates on the progress of your order and notify you when your jacket has been dispatched.

We pride ourselves in making high quality clothing and aim to get things right first time. We quality control check everything we make and only dispatch items we would wear ourselves. We hope you are pleased with the item you received. That being said, should you wish to return it to us for any reason, you can do so by posting it to our studio:

Any goods must be returned within 28 days, starting from the day you received them. We can offer a full refund if it is returned in the original packaging, including any printed inserts. The garment must be unworn, labels intact and in resellable condition. Please email with your full name, address, contact number, and the reason for return.
We are a small business and so return postage will be at the cost of the customer. We strongly suggest using a postal service with tracking as we cannot replace any goods lost in transit.
If the item meets the condition requirements, we will refund the full cost within 14 working days of receipt of the item. An email will be sent for confirmation.
Due to the nature of the Stonehouse Jackets being made in batches on a pre-order basis, we cannot offer exchanges on this product. A full refund will be made, as outlined above.
Crew neck printed t-shirts and sweatshirts may be exchanged, if the item meets all the above mentioned requirements. Please email with your full name, address, contact number, and the reason for exchange.
