This website is owned and operated by Makers HQ CIC, under the brand name Stonehouse Union. These terms set fourth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services. This website offers its visitors an e-commerce platform for the purchasing of our products; the Stonehouse Jacket, and crew neck printed t-shirts. By accessing or using the website and our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, including any subsequent amendments to them.

Commercial terms

When purchasing any goods provided by Stonehouse Union, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item description, including sizing guide, care instructions, and shipping and returns, before making a commitment to buy it. By placing an order, you confirm that you are, or have the permission of, the bill payer.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on this website. We reserve the right to change our product prices displayed at any time. Changes made to product prices on this website will not affect orders that have already been placed prior to the change. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Returns, refunds and cancellations policy

In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you received your order.

We have a 28 day return policy, starting from the date the order was delivered. A full refund (excluding return postage cost) will be issued within 14 days the returned item has been delivered to us. Please see the Shipping and Returns page for full details.

Responsibility for service and repairs

We provide free 'service and repairs', should you wish your jacket to be repaired. Service and repairs includes faults that may have occurred through wear and tear (this may include, but is not limited to, hole on pocket, button fallen off, open seam). Customers will be responsible for return shipment cost to us for repairs, and for shipment cost of repaired products to customers. You must email us prior to sending your jacket to discuss the service. See our Service and Repairs page.

Retention of right to change offering

We reserve the right to, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

All services and materials, including images, text, graphics, logos, copyrights, photographs taken by us, and Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of Stonehouse Union and Makers HQ CIC.

We offer our users the ability to send photographs of the products received and/or of the garments being worn, for promotional use on the website. Should you wish to take photographs and send them to Stonehouse Union, you recognise and agree that by uploading content to us for use on this website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred/sent content may be publicly displayed on the website.

Liability

In no event shall Stonehouse Union be liable for any damages of goods intentionally or unintentionally caused by customers. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item was damaged by the customer. If the goods were not delivered, or were delivered in a damaged condition, we would offer a full refund, with the exclusion of return postage cost.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the website and our services constitutes your reading, understanding, and acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future amendments to these terms, do not use or access the website or services.

You agree to receive, from time to time, promotional messages and materials from us, by email. If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please notify us at any time.
